Hire lawyers on Prawnet

Prawnet is more than a directory of specialists — it is also a legal job board. As a company you create an employer account, fill in your company profile once, then publish paid listings that are publicly visible (and eligible for Google for Jobs) and manage candidates in a simple panel.

Start

Create an employer account

On the sign-up screen choose „Firma” (Company). The employer account is separate from the specialist and client accounts — it has its own, streamlined panel focused on listings and recruitment.

Sign-up

Person or company? Choose „Company”

Signing up as a company creates an employer account. The tax ID (NIP) is optional — if you provide it, we pull your company data from the GUS registry. Public institutions without a NIP can post listings too.

  • Employer account = a streamlined panel without lawyer features.
  • NIP optional; automatic company data from GUS.
  • Sign in also with Google or LinkedIn.
Company profile

Fill in your company profile — once

On your first listing a wizard guides you: you enter the company details once and we reuse them in every future listing. You can edit them later under „Profil firmy” (Company profile).

Wizard — step 1

Logo, cover, address and description — with a live preview

On the left you edit the details, on the right you instantly see how your company header looks. Click the cover or logo to upload an image. You can also add contact details, social media, the year of establishment and team size.

  • Your company logo appears on every listing you post.
  • The company description is separate from the job description.
  • Details are saved once and filled in automatically.

Publishing

Publish a paid listing

The listing form has 4 steps (basics, details, requirements, package). The last step is choosing a package — it determines the emission time and additional services.

Step 4 — package

Pick a package that fits your recruitment

Employers' listings are public and indexed (and can reach Google for Jobs). After payment is confirmed, the listing is published automatically for the period from the package. You can also save a draft and come back to it later.

  • Praktykant — free; the other packages are paid.
  • Prices include VAT; payment via Stripe.
  • „Save draft” stores the listing as a work-in-progress.
Only employers' listings are publicSpecialists' listings (the industry board) stay visible to logged-in users only and are not indexed. Public and visible in search engines are only paid employers' listings.
What's in a package

Emission and additional services

Packages differ in emission length and the number of additional services. A higher package = longer visibility and more promotion.

30–60 days live

The time the listing is publicly visible. After it ends, the listing expires.

Bump to the top

A one-off re-surfacing of the listing to the top of the offers list — in the number from the package.

Social-media promotion

Sharing the listing on PRAWNET's LinkedIn page. Performed with due diligence — no guaranteed reach.

Featured placement

The listing is marked and shown at the top of the list for the emission period (in the Rozszerzony package).

Free extension

The right to extend the emission by 30 days free of charge (in the Rozszerzony package).

Duplicate listing

Copy the content as a new draft, choose a package and publish — without rewriting from scratch.

Social-media promotion = a best-efforts serviceThe number in a package (e.g. „3 × social media”) means the number of shares on PRAWNET's page, spread across the emission period. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks or reach.
Recruitment

Manage candidates and CVs

All applications land in the employer panel. You change statuses, view CVs and reply to candidates — including in bulk, using ready-made templates.

Candidates

Review applications, view and download CVs

If a candidate attached a CV created in the CV Creator, you can view and download it right in the panel. Statuses (new, in progress, rejected) keep the process tidy, and message templates let you reply to many people at once.

  • Preview and download the CV attached to an application.
  • Candidate statuses and a new-applications counter.
  • Bulk replies from templates (e.g. thanks for applying).

You process candidates' data as an employerUse the applications and CVs you receive solely for the recruitment you are running, in accordance with data protection law. The rules are set out in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Panel

Keep everything under control

The employer panel shows statistics and limits — how many active listings, applications and shares you have, and how many bumps and extensions remain on each listing.

Employer panel

Stats, packages and limits in one place

At a glance you see active listings, the number of applications and new submissions, and social-media shares. For each listing we show the package plus the remaining bumps and free extension.

  • Stat cards: listings, applications, new, shares.
  • Per listing: package, „Social X/Y”, remaining bumps.
  • Quick actions: add a listing, manage candidates.
