Official letter scanner

Received a letter from a Polish court, public office or bailiff and don't know what it means? Take a photo — within seconds you'll learn in plain language what the document is, whether a deadline is running and what to do next.

This is information, not legal advice. The scanner explains what a document is and which deadlines typically apply to it. It does not analyse your individual situation and it can make mistakes — make decisions about your case only after consulting a lawyer.

How it works

1. Take a photo

Photograph the letter with your phone or upload a scan (JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF).

2. AI reads the document

The model recognises the type of letter and explains it in plain, understandable language.

3. Know your deadline

Confirm the delivery date and we'll compute your response deadline and prepare a calendar reminder.
