Your specialist cockpit

The dashboard is the command centre of your practice. On a single screen you see your numbers, handle bookings, work your leads, read notifications and messages, and track your profile stats — without hopping between dozens of tabs.

The /panel overview

Everything up front, the moment you log in

After signing in you land straight on /panel. It's the first thing you see every day: the profile switcher, a strip of key metrics, a 30-day views chart, and previews of whatever needs your attention.

Home screen

A cockpit that sums up the whole practice

At the top you pick the active profile (if you run several — say a personal one and a firm one). Below it a grid of stat tiles unfolds, along with a bar chart of profile views building up over 30 days, animated from the bottom up.

  • Profile switcher — one click swaps the context of the whole dashboard.
  • A KPI strip with an animated 30-day chart of profile views.
  • Previews of upcoming bookings, fresh leads and new applicants.
  • An activity feed and your subscription status always within reach.

The stat strip gathers the most important numbers of your presence on Prawnet. Each tile is a shortcut to the full list — click it and you go straight to the details.

Bookings inbox — consultations under control

Clients book consultations with you straight from your profile: by phone, online or at your office. Every booking lands here together with its Stripe payment state.

Bookings

Confirm or decline — in a single click

A new booking waits with the status “Pending”. You see who, when and in what form they want to meet, and whether payment has already been taken. Confirm it and it moves to “Confirmed”, or decline it — the client is notified automatically.

  • Three meeting formats: phone, online and at the office.
  • The Stripe payment state on every booking (e.g. “Paid”).
  • Confirm or decline with an instant notification to the client.
  • A history of all your bookings in one place.

Mini-CRM: carry every lead to the finish

Leads are your private board of potential cases. You drag a card through the stages and add a note visible only to you.

Leads

Drag from “New” to “Closed”

The board has four columns: New, In conversation, Client and Closed. You grab a lead card and drag it to the right stage, adding a private note to each — the gist of the conversation, what you agreed, a reminder to follow up.

  • Four stages: New → In conversation → Client → Closed.
  • Drag cards between columns (drag & drop).
  • A private note on every lead — only you can see it.
  • New leads arrive automatically with a preview on the dashboard.

Notification centre — nothing slips past you

Every important event — a booking, a lead, a message, a new review — shows up here with its own icon and colour, so a single glance tells you what happened.

Notifications

A colour and an icon for every type of event

Notifications are grouped visually: green for bookings, blue for leads, purple for messages, amber for reviews. Unread ones are highlighted, and the bell in the dashboard bar shows their live count.

  • A separate icon and colour for each notification type.
  • Unread items highlighted and a counter on the bell.
  • Bilingual notifications — following your account language.
  • A click takes you straight to the source booking, lead or thread.

More tools

Alerts, messages and stats

Beyond the cockpit, the dashboard gives you three extra tools that close the loop of your practice.

Alerts (/alerty)

Saved job-offer searches — when a matching offer appears you get a notification instead of searching by hand.

Messages (/wiadomości)

Your inbox of conversations with clients and candidates. Threads, unread items and the full history in one place.

Profile stats

In /moje-profile/statystyki you analyse views, clicks and how well your public profile performs over time.

Subscription

Your plan and billing status always visible on the dashboard — you know exactly how long your Pro plan runs.

In practice

Your day in the dashboard — step by step

All these pieces together form one practice cockpit. Here's the natural flow of a specialist's day on Prawnet.

  1. Log in to /panel

You check the KPI strip and the 30-day chart — you instantly know how the traffic on your profile looks.

  2. Handle bookings

In /moje-rezerwacje you confirm new consultations or decline the ones you won’t take. Payment is already visible.

  3. Move your leads

You drag fresh leads to the right stage in /leady and add a private note about the conversation.

  4. Review notifications

The bell shows what’s new. In /powiadomienia you click through straight to the source of each event.

  5. Check your stats

Every now and then you look at your profile stats and job alerts — planning your next moves from the data.

TipSet your notifications and alerts once and the dashboard will bring the work to you: bookings, leads and matching offers all appear on the cockpit without any manual searching.
Several profiles? No problemIf you run a personal profile and a firm profile, the switcher at the top of the dashboard changes the context of every tool at once — stats, bookings and leads then relate to the selected profile.
