How reviews work on Prawnet

There are no anonymous reviews on Prawnet. Every rating comes from one of two verified sources: a verified legal professional, or a client whose case listing was completed through Prawnet. That keeps profile ratings trustworthy and hard to manipulate.

Why we don't publish anonymous reviews

Anonymous rating systems are easy to manipulate — both by inflating scores artificially and by harming competitors. In legal services the stakes are especially high, so we follow a simple rule: we only publish reviews whose origin we can verify. Fewer reviews, but every one of them means something.

Source 1 — verified legal professionals

A profile can be reviewed by another legal professional whose own profile has passed verification — we check the entry in the relevant professional registry (e.g. the registry of advocates or attorneys-at-law), and for law firms also the NIP tax ID. These are peer reviews: they come from people who know the professional practice of the person being rated.

Sub-ratings

Beyond the overall rating, a professional can rate three areas of the collaboration: communication, knowledge and professionalism, and timeliness. Sub-rating averages are shown on the profile next to the overall average.

The profile owner can reply publicly to every review — the reply is displayed directly beneath it.

Source 2 — clients after a completed case

A client can post a review only after a case listing completed through Prawnet. It is not possible to rate a professional "off the street" — a client review is always the conclusion of a real collaboration documented on the platform.

What the path looks like

  1. The client posts a case listing — describing their matter in the client panel.
  2. A professional submits an offer, and the client accepts it.
  3. The collaboration is marked as completed.
  4. The client receives an invitation to leave a review — one per case listing.
fact_checkThe purple "Client review" label

Client reviews are marked on the profile with a purple "Client review" label. The label guarantees that the author really engaged this professional through Prawnet and that the collaboration was completed. Each completed case listing entitles the client to exactly one review.

The "Completed cases" counter on profiles

A professional's profile shows the number of case listings completed successfully through Prawnet. The counter only grows after a real collaboration on the platform is concluded — an objective signal of experience, independent of review content.

Moderation and the right of reply

Any review can be reported for moderation (the flag icon next to the review). We remove reviews that violate our terms of service or the law — but we do not interfere with the substance of ratings. The profile owner always has the right to reply publicly to a review.

Frequently asked questions about reviews

Can I post a review without an account?

No. There are no anonymous reviews on Prawnet. A review can be posted by a logged-in, verified legal professional, or by a logged-in client — after a case completed through Prawnet.

I'm a client — why can't I rate a professional on their profile?

A client review is only possible after completing a case listing through Prawnet. If you want to rate a collaboration, post a case listing in your client panel, accept a professional's offer, and once the collaboration is concluded, use the invitation to leave a review.

Can a lawyer remove a negative review?

No. The profile owner cannot delete or edit reviews — they can reply to them publicly. Only Prawnet removes reviews, and only when they violate the terms of service or the law.

What does the purple "Client review" label mean?

The label means the review was posted by a client after a case completed through Prawnet — from posting the listing, through accepting an offer, to concluding the collaboration. One completed case listing corresponds to one review.

What should I do if a review is false or offensive?

Report it with the flag icon next to the review — it will go to moderation. Reviews that violate the terms of service or the law are removed.
