What are these tools for?

The calculators help you quickly estimate the basic costs of pursuing claims and notarial transactions in Poland: the court filing fee based on the value of the claim, the maximum notary fee, statutory interest (capital, for late payment and in commercial transactions) and the minimum costs of legal representation.

Calculations follow the current Polish regulations — including the Act on Court Costs in Civil Cases, the regulation on maximum notary fees and the Civil Code. Each tool explains its legal basis and answers the most common questions. Remember that the result is an estimate — confirm the final costs of your case with a professional.
